Cat O'Connor has lived in the community of Orillia, with her daughters Ky and Leah, since 2006. She owned the small business, Nourish Yoga & Wellness Studio in downtown Orillia for 5 years and is deeply grateful for the sense of home and community that experience created for her.
Always wanting to challenge and elevate herself, in 2019, Cat decided to venture into the world of real estate and has never looked back...Helping people realize their real estate dreams and achieve their investment goals is something that motivates and inspires Cat. Seeing the smiles on her clients faces when they find the right home, or make the decision to sell, is one of the main reasons she loves what she does.
When Cat isn't helping her clients find just the right home or property you can likely find her, spending time with her family & friends, or teaching yoga. She is dedicated to serving her community in a meaningful way and looks forward to helping you buy or sell your (first or) next property in beautiful Simcoe Muskoka.
Jay Gill has a love of animals, people and all things real estate. Growing up in Severn and Oro-Medonte, Jay developed an appreciation for the incredible communities throughout Simcoe Muskoka.
With a background in Retails Operations Management and Human Resources, Jay understands the value of creating an inclusive plan and always finding the winning combination. This helps him serve his clients whether buying or selling a home or cottage.
Now living in Gravenhurst, the gateway to Muskoka Cottage Country, you'll often find Jay at the dog park with his dogs Poppy & Pepper, working on home renovation projects, or hosting a dinner party with his partner Dan.
Jay has a strong commitment to providing the highest level of service possible while also making the process of buying and selling real estate fun. His work ethic, sense of humour and attention to detail makes him a realtor you will want alongside you for all your real estate needs.
Ken has lived in Simcoe County since 1986 and moved to Muskoka in 2006.
He enjoys taking time to enjoy the many wonderful sights, attractions, hiking trails and seasonal events in the area.
Running his own dog grooming business, Muskoka's Pampered Pets, for the past 14 years has created a strong belief in supporting local business and maintaining strong community values. He joined the Cat and Jay Team in May 2023 and looks forward to continuing fostering support in his local community.
Hard work, dedication and loyalty to his customers are key components to being a successful business owner and he maintains these qualities to provide exceptional service throughout your real estate transaction.
